高Nb-TiAl合金高溫力學(xué)行為本構(gòu)建模仿真技術(shù)高Nb-TiAl合金高溫力學(xué)行為本構(gòu)建模仿真技術(shù)High Temperature Mechanical Constitutive Modeling of a High-Nb TiAl Alloy 針對新研制的高Nb-TiAl合金(Ti-45Al-8Nb-0.2W-0.2B-0.02Y(原子分?jǐn)?shù)/%)),開展了750℃條件下不同應(yīng)變速率的單軸拉伸、低周疲勞、疲勞-蠕變交互和蠕變試驗(yàn),獲得了相應(yīng)試驗(yàn)條件下的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和曲線,基于宏觀唯象Chaboche黏塑性統(tǒng)一本構(gòu)模型,采用Ohno-Wang修正項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)確表征材料的循環(huán)硬化/軟化行為。另外,為了準(zhǔn)確模擬材料的加速蠕變階段,在Chaboche黏塑性統(tǒng)一本構(gòu)模型中耦合Kachanov損傷演化率,采用自適應(yīng)的顯式Euler法將微分形式的本構(gòu)模型離散為差分方程組,并植入到有限元軟件ABAQUS的用戶材料子程序UMAT中,實(shí)現(xiàn)對高Nb-TiAl合金在不同試驗(yàn)條件下力學(xué)行為的仿真模擬。結(jié)果表明,采用考慮Ohno-Wang修正并耦合Kachanov損傷的Chaboche黏塑性統(tǒng)一本構(gòu)模型能夠準(zhǔn)確模擬高Nb-TiAl合金不同應(yīng)變速率的單軸拉伸、低周疲勞、疲勞-蠕變交互和蠕變行為,且預(yù)測精度較高,滿足實(shí)際工程需要。 Uniaxial tensile, low cycle fatigue, fatigue-creep interaction and creep experiments of a novel high-Nb TiAl alloy (i.e. Ti-45Al-8Nb-0.2W-0.2B-0.02Y (atom fraction/%)) were conducted at 750℃ to obtain its tested data and curves. Based on Chaboche visco-plasticity unified constitutive model, Ohno-Wang modified non-linear kinematic hardening was introduced in Chaboche constitutive model to describe the cyclic hardening/softening, and Kachanov damage was coupled in Chaboche constitutive model to characterize the accelerated creep stage. The differential equations of the constitutive model discretized by explicit Euler method were compiled in to ABAQUS/UMAT to simulate the mechanical behavior of high-Nb TiAl alloy at different test conditions.
