TG700A合金時效過程中的析出行為和力學(xué)性能TG700A合金時效過程中的析出行為和力學(xué)性能Precipitation behavior and mechanical properties of TG700A alloy during aging 采用光學(xué)顯微鏡和掃描電子顯微鏡研究一種可用于先進(jìn)超超臨界機(jī)組的新型鎳基合金TG700A在時效期間的析出行為，并討論時效對該合金硬度和沖擊性能的影響，同時，采用應(yīng)力松弛方法對其高溫蠕變行為進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明：M23C6碳化物在晶界上析出并迅速長大，充滿晶界后其長大速度逐漸放緩；主要強(qiáng)化相γ′在時效期間發(fā)生粗化，形態(tài)由球形逐漸向立方形轉(zhuǎn)變。時效后，該合金的沖擊韌性顯著下降；合金的硬度和蠕變激活能隨著時效時間的延長呈現(xiàn)出先增加后降低的趨勢，分析認(rèn)為這與γ′粒子強(qiáng)化機(jī)制的轉(zhuǎn)變有關(guān)。 The precipitation behavior of a newly developed Ni-base superalloy TG700A was investigated by OM and SEM during aging at 770 ℃. And the effects of aging treatment on the room temperature hardness and impact toughness of TG700A were discussed, meanwhile, the stress relaxation test was used to analyze the creep behavior of this alloy. The results show that M23C6 carbides rapidly precipitate and grow at grain boundaries until they are covered the grain boundaries. Subsequently, the growth rate of M23C6 carbides slow gradually. As a primary strengthening phase, γ′ precipitates become coarse during aging. And the morphology of γ′ particles transforms from the approximately spherical to rounded cubic. The room temperature impact toughness decreases obviously after aging.
