A335P11鋼在流動加速腐蝕條件下的管壁減薄行為Pipeline Wall Thinning Behavior of A335P11 Steel under the Condition of Flow Accelerated Corrosion

模擬了核電廠常規(guī)島二回路工況，研究了此工況條件下A335P11鋼彎管測試段、變徑測試段及三通測試段的腐蝕減薄現(xiàn)象。結(jié)果表明：發(fā)生流動加速腐蝕（FAC）最嚴重的部位是彎管內(nèi)弧面、變徑管的漸縮管段出口處以及三通測試段的輔出水口處。

The conditions of the second loop of the conventional island in nuclear power plant were simulated, and the corrosion thinning behavior of A335P11 pipeline in elbow test section, variable diameter test section and three-way test section under this working condition was studied. The results showed that the most serious site of FAC occured at the inner arc surface of the elbow, the outlet of tapered pipe section of the adjustable pipe, and the auxiliary outlet of the three-way test section.
