激冷Ti-47Ni合金薄帶的組織、相變和形狀記憶行為Microstructure, transformation and shape memory behavior of chilled Ti-47Ni alloy ribbons

用熔體快淬法制備了激冷Ti-47Ni形狀記憶合金薄帶，用共聚焦激光顯微鏡、XRD、示差掃描熱分析儀和彎曲試驗研究了合金薄帶的顯微組織、相組成、相變行為和形狀記憶行為。結(jié)果表明，不同轉(zhuǎn)速制備的鑄態(tài)和300℃-800℃退火態(tài)Ti-47Ni合金薄帶的組織形態(tài)呈縱橫排列的柱狀，輥速越高合金薄帶的晶粒越細(xì)；Ti-47Ni合金薄帶的組成相為馬氏體M(B19ˊ)+母相A(B2)，冷卻/加熱時發(fā)生A→M/M→A一階段馬氏體相變，相變溫度較高，相變熱滯較小；隨輥速增加，合金薄帶馬氏體相變溫度降低；退火工藝對合金薄帶馬氏體相變行為影響不大；鑄態(tài)和退火態(tài)Ti-47Ni合金薄帶皆具有優(yōu)異的形狀記憶效應(yīng)。

The chilled Ti-47Ni shape memory alloy ribbons were fabricated by melt-spinning. The microstructure, phase composition, phase transformation behaviors and shape memory effect of the alloy ribbons were investigated by confocal laser scanning microscope, XRD, differential scanning calorimetry and bending test. The results show that the microstructure morphology of as-cast and annealed alloy ribbons fabricated under different speed of copper roller and annealing at 300℃-800℃ is dendritic. The higher the speed of copper roller, the finer the grain is. The composition phases of Ti-47Ni alloy ribbons are martensite (B19ˊ) and parent phase (B2). The A→M/M→A type one stage martensitic transformation occurs upon cooling and heating. The Ti-47Ni alloy ribbon is of high transformation temperature and a small temperature hysteresis. With increasing the speed of copper roller, the M transformation temperatures of alloy ribbons decrease. The annealing processes do nearly affect the M transformation behaviors of alloy ribbons. The as-cast and intermediate temperature annealed Ti-47Ni alloy ribbons are all of excellent shape memory effect.
