TA10鈦合金熱加工圖的建立及分析Establishment and analysis for processing map of TA10 titanium alloy

采用Gleeble-1500D熱/力模擬實驗機(jī),在變形溫度為800~1050 ℃,應(yīng)變速率為0.01~5 s-1的條件下,對TA10鈦合金做熱壓縮實驗,并根據(jù)動態(tài)材料模型(DMM)建立不同應(yīng)變下TA10鈦合金的熱加工圖,分析應(yīng)變對耗散效率因子、失穩(wěn)參數(shù)和熱加工圖的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著應(yīng)變的增加,峰值耗散效率因子和流變失穩(wěn)區(qū)均呈現(xiàn)出規(guī)律性的變化,都出現(xiàn)了先減小后增大的現(xiàn)象,流變失穩(wěn)區(qū)由小應(yīng)變時的一個失穩(wěn)區(qū)逐漸變?yōu)榇髴?yīng)變時的兩個失穩(wěn)區(qū);適用于TA10鈦合金的熱加工工藝參數(shù)范圍是變形溫度為950~1050 ℃、應(yīng)變速率為0.01~0.8 s-1。

The hot compression tests of TA10 titanium alloy was conducted by the thermal simulation test machine of Gleeble-1500D under the deformation temperatures of 800-1050 ℃ and strain rates of 0.01-5 s-1. The processing map of TA10 titanium alloy under different strains was established based on the dynamic materials model (DMM). The effects of strain on the efficiency of power dissipation, the instability parameter and the processing map were studied. The results show that the peak efficiency of power dissipation and the flow instability region both present a regular change ,which decrease and then increase with the increase of the strain. Meanwhile, the flow instability region at the lower strain gradually changes into two instability regions at the higher strain. The hot working parameters applied to TA10 titanium alloy is the deformation temperature range of 950-1050 ℃, strain rate range of 0.01-0.8 s-1.
