生物醫(yī)用Ta-Zr合金的制備及性能Fabrication and mechanical properties of Ta-Zr alloys for biomedical applications

采用粉末冶金方法,應(yīng)用真空燒結(jié)技術(shù)對(duì)Ta-xZr(x=20, 30, 40, 50, 摩爾分?jǐn)?shù), %)合金進(jìn)行研究,制備出力學(xué)性能良好的高致密Ta-Zr合金。利用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、X射線能譜儀(EDS)和電子萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)樣品的相成分、表面形貌及力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行檢測(cè)與觀察。結(jié)果表明:Ta-Zr合金燒結(jié)過(guò)程中沒(méi)有第二相形成,有層片狀Ta組織析出??估瓘?qiáng)度在181.0~290.2 MPa范圍內(nèi)變化,彈性模量在16.1~20.9 GPa范圍內(nèi)變化,隨Ta含量的增加均呈現(xiàn)出先增大后減小的趨勢(shì)。其中Ta-30Zr與人體密質(zhì)骨力學(xué)相容性好,有望成為理想的骨替代材料。

Ta-xZr (x=20, 30, 40, 50, mole fraction, %) alloys with good mechanical properties and high density were prepared by powder metallurgy method and vacuum sintering technology. The composition of samples, surface morphologies and mechanical properties were characterized by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and electronic universal testing machine. The results show that lamellar Ta is observed without second phase during the sintering process. The tensile strength and the elastic modulus are observed with the Ta content varying at the range of 181.0-290.2 MPa and 16.1-20.9 GPa, respectively, which increases firstly and then decreases. The Ta-30Zr alloy is potentially useful in the hard tissue implants for the mechanical properties.
