45B鋼鏈軌銷軸斷裂原因分析Analysis on Fracture Reasons of the 45B Steel Pin Shaft Used for Chain Tracks

某45B鋼鏈軌銷軸在使用過程中發(fā)生早期斷裂。通過化學(xué)成分分析、硬度測試、有效硬化層深度測定、金相檢驗、斷口分析等方法，對銷軸的斷裂原因進行了分析。結(jié)果表明：銷軸斷裂機制為準解理斷裂+韌性斷裂的混合型斷裂；在使用過程中，45B鋼材料中的球狀氧化物剝落留下微孔洞形成裂紋源，在彎曲應(yīng)力的作用下，裂紋源迅速放射擴展，造成銷軸早期斷裂。

The 45B steel pin shaft used for chain tracks fractured early during use. The fracture reasons of the pin shaft were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, depth measurement of effective hardened layer, metallographic examination and fracture analysis. The results show that:the fracture type of the pin shaft was mixed of quasi-cleavage fracture and ductile fracture; the micro pores caused by peeling off of the spheroidal oxides formed the crack source during use; under the action of bending stress, the crack source expanded rapidly and resulted in the early fracture of the pin shaft.
