溫度對904L不銹鋼耐點蝕性能的影響溫度對904L不銹鋼耐點蝕性能的影響Effect of Temperature on Pitting Corrosion Behavior of the 904L Stainless Steel 采用FeCl3溶液浸泡試驗、動電位極化、電化學阻抗譜及體式顯微鏡研究了904L超級奧氏體不銹鋼在不同溫度下的點蝕行為。結(jié)果表明:溶液溫度為25℃時,904L不銹鋼具有優(yōu)異的耐點蝕性能,隨著溶液溫度的升高,其耐點蝕性能下降,在65℃ FeCl3溶液中基體表面產(chǎn)生嚴重的點蝕坑。在不同溫度模擬海水溶液中的電化學測試結(jié)果同樣表明:隨著試驗溫度的提高,自腐蝕電流密度增大,點蝕電位下降,點蝕敏感性提高;EIS均為單一的容抗弧,溫度升高,容抗弧半徑減小,材料腐蝕速率增大,耐蝕性降低。 The pitting corrosion behavior of 904L super austenitic stainless steel at different temperatures was studied by pitting test of FeCl3solution, potentiodynamic polarization and stereo microscopy. The results showed that 904L stainless steel had excellent pitting corrosion resistance at room temperature, with the increase of test temperature, the pitting corrosion resistance of 904L stainless steel decreased. In the FeCl3 solution at 65℃, serious pitting corrosion holes were found on the surface of tested 904L matrix. The results of the electrochemical test also showed that as the temperature increased, the pitting potential decreased, EIS presented as single capacitive arc, and the radius of the arc also decreased, which indicated the corrosion rate increased and the corrosion resistance decreased. 全文下載:https://pan.baidu.com/s/1cFDrcy
