彈簧鋼絲拉拔斷裂原因分析Reason Analysis on Fracture of Spring Steel Wires during Drawing

運用斷口分析、化學(xué)成分分析、金相分析、能譜分析以及力學(xué)性能試驗等檢測手段，對某65鋼熱軋盤條在拉拔成為彈簧鋼絲過程中發(fā)生斷裂的原因進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明：熱軋盤條顯微組織中存在網(wǎng)狀鐵素體、晶粒粗大且不均勻以及較多的非金屬夾雜物等缺陷是導(dǎo)致其在拉拔過程中發(fā)生斷裂的主要原因。

The fracture reasons of 65 steel hot rolled wire rods when drawing into spring steel wires were analyzed by means of fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, energy spectrum analysis, mechanical property test, etc. The results show that the microstructure defects such as network ferrite, coarse and uneven grains, more non-metallic inclusions and so on, were main reasons for the fracture of the spring steel wires during drawing.
