外科植入用TA3鈦合金接骨板斷裂失效分析外科植入用TA3鈦合金接骨板斷裂失效分析Fracture Failure Analysis of TA3 Titanium Alloy Blade Plates for Surgical Implants 某批次外科植入用TA3鈦合金接骨板在使用過程中出現(xiàn)斷裂問題, 但該批次板材依據(jù)GB/T 13810-2007進(jìn)行檢測(cè)是合格的。通過金相檢驗(yàn)、掃描電鏡能譜分析、表面和截面硬度試驗(yàn)等方法, 分析了該批次鈦合金板材斷裂的原因。結(jié)果表明: 由于該批鈦合金板材表面富氧形成硬而脆的污染層,在變形時(shí)極易產(chǎn)生微裂紋, 從而導(dǎo)致其在使用過程中發(fā)生斷裂; 同時(shí)分析認(rèn)為利用逐漸加大試驗(yàn)載荷測(cè)試TA3鈦合金板材表面維氏硬度的方法,可以作為分析TA3鈦合金板材表面是否存在污染層的一種方法。 Fracture happened to a batch of TA3 titanium alloy blade plates for surgical implants during use. However, this batch of plates was qualified according to GB/T 13810-2007. Through metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, surface and cross-sectional hardness test and so on, the fracture reasons of this batch of TA3 titanium alloy plates were analyzed. The results show that hard and brittle oxygen-rich contamination layer formed on the surface of this batch of titanium alloy plates, so micro cracks easily formed when they were deformed, which resulted in their fracture during use. At the same time, the method of testing the surface Vickers hardness by increasing test load step by step could be used as a means to determine whether there is a layer of contaminants on the surface of TA3 titanium alloy plate.
