碳鋼在模擬海洋工業(yè)大氣環(huán)境中初期腐蝕行為研究A Study on the Initial Corrosion Behavior of CarbonSteel Exposed to A Simulated Coastal-Industrial Atmosphere

本文采用失重分析、X射線衍射分析及掃描電鏡測試分析方法對碳鋼Q235在模擬海洋工業(yè)大氣環(huán)境中的初期腐蝕歷程和機(jī)理開展深入研究，并著重探究了不同比例SO2和Cl-的協(xié)同效應(yīng)對碳鋼初期腐蝕行為機(jī)制的影響。結(jié)果表明，碳鋼Q235在模擬海洋工業(yè)大氣環(huán)境中的初期腐蝕呈現(xiàn)由加速過程向減速過程轉(zhuǎn)化的特點(diǎn)，且加速過程的腐蝕動力學(xué)仍遵循冪函數(shù)規(guī)律D=Atn；腐蝕24h后，腐蝕產(chǎn)物呈現(xiàn)雙層結(jié)構(gòu),即疏松的外層和相對致密的內(nèi)層。SO2和Cl-的協(xié)同效應(yīng)會加速碳鋼的腐蝕，但二者比例的變化對碳鋼腐蝕失重影響并不明顯，也沒有改變腐蝕產(chǎn)物成分，SO2的存在促使碳鋼腐蝕形態(tài)由局部腐蝕向均勻腐蝕轉(zhuǎn)變。

The initial corrosion behavior of Q235 carbon steel exposed to a simulated coastal-industrial atmosphere has been studied by weight loss, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). In addition, the effect of the synergism of SO2 and Cl- (in different proportion) on the early corrosion behavior of Q235 carbon steel has also been investigated. The results indicate that the initial corrosion behavior of carbon steel exposed to a simulated coastal-industrial atmosphere presented a transition from corrosion acceleration to deceleration, and the kinetics of accelerated corrosion process followed the empirical equation D=Atn. A double-layered corrosion product was formed on the surface of carbon steel after 24h: the loose outer layer and relative dense inner layer; the synergistic effect between SO2 and Cl- accelerated the corrosion of carbon steel. However, the change in the ratio of SO2 and Cl- had no significant effect on the corrosion loss of carbon steel, and had not changed the composition of corrosion products formed on carbon steel surface. SO2 played a role in promoting the corrosion morphology of carbon steel from localized corrosion to uniform corrosion.
