B170P冷軋高強(qiáng)IF鋼板的成型性能B170P冷軋高強(qiáng)IF鋼板的成型性能Formability of B170P Cold Rolling High Strength IF Steel Plate 高強(qiáng)無間隙原子(IF)鋼是在IF鋼基礎(chǔ)上, 通過適當(dāng)提高磷和錳含量, 得到兼具高強(qiáng)度和良好深沖性能的鋼板,B170P鋼是具有代表性的高強(qiáng)IF鋼種之一。通過試驗(yàn)對(duì)B170P冷軋高強(qiáng)IF鋼板的力學(xué)性能、顯微組織、織構(gòu)、成型性能等進(jìn)行了全面研究, 并與深沖用DC04鋼板進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明: B170P鋼板與DC04鋼板相比, 屈服強(qiáng)度增加了42.86%, 抗拉強(qiáng)度增加了26.71%, 斷后伸長(zhǎng)率降低了6.21%, 應(yīng)變硬化指數(shù)n值和塑性應(yīng)變比r值基本持平; 軋面反極圖和取向分布函數(shù)(ODF)圖可以反映出, B170P鋼板具有良好的深沖性能; B170P鋼板的成型范圍及膨脹性能小于DC04鋼板的。 High strengthinter stitial-free (IF) steel which was developed by appropriately increasing the phosphorus and manganese contents on the basis of IF steel, has both high tensile strength and good deep-drawing property. The B170P steel is one of the representative high strength IF steels. The mechanical properties, microstructure, texture and formability of B170P steel plate were studied comprehensively and compared with DC04 deep drawing steel plate. The results show that compared to DC04 steel plate, the yield strength of B170P steel plate increased by 42.86%, the tensile strength increased by 26.71%, the elongation after fracture decreased by 6.21%, and the strain hardening index n value and plastic strain ratio r value almost equaled. The rolling surface inverse pole figure and orientation distribution function (ODF) figure showed B170P steel plate had good deep-drawing property. The forming range and expansion property of B170P steel plate were less than those of DC04 steel plate.
