Al6061板料的修正GTN損傷模型Al6061板料的修正GTN損傷模型Modified GTN-Hill1948 damage model of Al6061 panel 為了獲得GTN-Hill1948細觀損傷模型中的參數(shù),設計帶凹槽的試樣和剪切試樣并進行拉伸試驗,獲得兩種Al6061板料試樣的載荷-位移曲線。基于ABAQUS 軟件建立Al6061板料的有限元模型,應用反向優(yōu)化法標定GTN-Hill1948細觀損傷模型中的初始孔洞體積分數(shù)和剪切損傷參數(shù),并設計帶孔的拉伸試樣對損傷模型進行實驗驗證。結果表明:通過反向優(yōu)化法來標定的GTN-Hill1948模型中的初始孔洞體積分數(shù)為0.0005、剪切損傷參數(shù)為2;中間帶孔的試樣驗證所標定參數(shù)的正確性,該損傷模型可以有效地預測Al6061板料發(fā)生斷裂的位置。 In order to obtain the parameters of the GTN-Hill1948 damage model, a specimen with a notch and a shear specimen of Al6061 panel were designed to get the load-displacement curves. Based on the ABAQUS software, the corresponding model of the specimens was built. The material parameters, void volume fraction and shear damage coefficient of the model were identified by an inverse method, comparing the experimental results with the numerical results. And to verify the correctness of the two parameters, the specimen with a hole was designed. The results show that the initial void volume fraction is 0.0005 and the shear damage coefficient is 2, which are determined by the inverse method.
